HEALTH TIPS FOR SENIORS:

  • You need to move as much as possible

  • Drink lots of water

  • Eat less sugar

  • For Joint Pain try 1/4 tsp TUMERIC in warm water each morning

  • Eat less meat

  • Eat less Carbs

  • Eat more fruits and vegetables

  • Eat Coconut oil daily for memory

  • Stay away from processed foods

  • For heart health add Cayenne Pepper

  • Coconut Oil is also good for gum health, swish in your mouth daily and spit out

  • Eggs are not as bad as you think
